1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the FundedMachine website, application funnel, scheduling experience, and related communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an application, we collect your email address and your answers regarding trading experience, strategy readiness, implementation budget, and intended start timeline. If you schedule a call, Calendly may collect scheduling details that you provide.
Technical and attribution information
We may collect campaign attribution parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term. We also temporarily process network information, such as an IP address, to protect the application form against abuse and excessive submissions. We do not currently create advertising profiles from application data.
3. How we use information
- Review applications and assess program fit.
- Contact applicants about their application or a strategy call.
- Schedule and administer calls.
- Maintain application records and improve the application process.
- Protect the Services against fraud, spam, and misuse.
- Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
Application responses may be scored using defined eligibility rules. This score supports routing and internal review; it is not a financial or credit decision.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights. Current service providers include:
- Supabase for secure application data storage.
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
- Pushover for private application notifications to FundedMachine.
- Calendly for qualified-applicant call scheduling.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process data in countries outside your jurisdiction. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
5. Consent and communications
Submitting an application authorizes us to contact you about that application and related next steps. We will not treat an application as blanket consent for unrelated promotional email. Where required, marketing communications will be sent only with appropriate consent and will include an unsubscribe method.
6. Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for application review, follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, server-side validation, encrypted transport, restricted database permissions, and other reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect application information from children.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@fundedmachine.com.
